Each and every display, orchid plant, and orchid-related item to be judged at the show MUST be tagged with an individual show entry tag.  You must consult the SHOW SCHEDULE to determine the class number category in which to place each entry.  Approved abbreviations can be used for plant names.

We will dispense with the hand-written entry tags; instead, we will use one summary form for all show entries entered by the same exhibitor. Please complete this form for all of your entries.  Print it off using the print function of your internet browser.
